¿Qué hacer cuando tienes un nuevo socio en tu negocio de Marketing Multinivel? ¿Cómo hacerlo independiente de ti lo más pronto posible?

Para sacarle un máximo provecho a la información que compartiré contigo esta ocasión, es importante que leas este otro artículo. Aquí te explico más a detalle la técnica de “trabajar desde la raíz”. Prácticamente la mitad de todo lo que veremos está en ese artículo.

¿Qué se necesita para iniciar a un nuevo socio en tu negocio Multinivel?

Aquí la lista de lo que se necesita:

  1. Postura
  2. Separarse emocionalmente del resultado
  3. Asumir
  4. Promoverse a sí mismo
  5. Estar siempre listo

 

Esos son los factores básicos para conseguir que tu afiliado inicie.

La postura la hemos venido utilizando en todos los pasos anteriores. En este caso también la utilizaremos al explicar cuál es la responsabilidad de cada quien en el negocio. Aquí te dejo un artículo que escribí hace tiempo y explica más a detalle LA POSTURA.

Los profesionales no se enfocan en “obtener” a nadie. Los profesionales se enfocan DE VERDAD en enseñar y educar a los prospectos y nuevos socios. Jamás actúan como desesperados ni como cazadores. Cuando alguien está emocionalmente ligado al resultado (firmar gente) se siente desesperado, como si el mundo se acabara si no firma a ese prospecto. En todo momento vamos a actuar como consultores y guías. Nunca como cazadores.

También se requiere CONFIAR Y CREER QUE DE VERDAD ESTE NEGOCIO ES EL NEGOCIO QUE VA A CAMBIAR VIDAS. Cuando creemos que el negocio funciona y que es el vehículo que TODO MUNDO quisiera para alcanzar sus sueños, vamos a actuar como tal. A esto se le llama FE. Cuando alguien tiene fe verdadera, inconscientemente empieza a actuar con mucha seguridad Y ASUME que este negocio ES EXCELENTE y todos los nuevos socios van a hacerlo. Pero emocionalmente no se vincula con  el resultado. Muchos de los profesionales de verdad se sorprenden al ver que alguien decidió no involucrarse. Promoverse a sí mismo es lo que había mencionado antes: VISIÓN Y MIEDO A LA PÉRDIDA. ¿Tú estás seguro de lo que vas a alcanzar en esta industria? ¿Tienes tus sueños claros y el camino que vas a recorrer? ¿Has escrito tus sueños? Bueno… ENTONCES ES MOMENTO DE MOSTRAR ESO QUE TÚ VAS A LOGRAR O ESTÁS LOGRANDO EN ESTA INDUSTRIA. Cuando te tornas seguro de que TÚ vas a alcanzar tus metas y que sin importar si ese nuevo socio continúe o no tú lo vas a conseguir, en ese momento inspiras a la persona y le das seguridad de que está en buen camino y de que pertenece a una organización que lo impulsará a alcanzar sus metas.

Ahora, el nuevo socio va a requerir de algún material, una página web, vídeos, libros, folletos… ¿Qué va a necesitar para empezar? Bueno, tú deber será proporcionarle ese material. Recuerda que este es un negocio y el nuevo miembro debe aprender a invertir en su educación.  El asunto es estar preparado con el material que se necesita para que los nuevos lo compren.

  

 Esto es básicamente lo que se necesita para iniciar a un socio en el negocio. Entonces ¿Qué vamos a hacer?

  

Volveremos a hacer otra entrevista. Solo que ahora aclararemos unas cuantas cosas para que el nuevo distribuidor entienda su papel en este negocio.

Estas son las partes de la entrevista:

Parte 1: Validar su decisión en convertirse en distribuidor.

Parte 2: Establecer las expectativas correctas y reales.

Parte 3: Revisar una lista de herramientas que le ayudarán al nuevo socio a progresar.

Parte 4: Mostrar un plan de acción para pasar rápidamente por los primeros niveles.

Parte 5: Establecer algunas tareas específicas.

Se puede decir algo así:

“Felicidades por tomar la decisión. Estoy orgulloso de ti por tomar las riendas de tu vida. De ahora en adelante las cosas van a ser diferentes para ti y tu familia”

Es común que las personas entren al negocio teniendo expectativas irreales. Quizás crean que se harán millonarios rápidamente y peor aún, sin hacer nada. Es importante aterrizarlos para que después no crean que hayan sido engañados.

“Si tienes éxito en este negocio, será porque tú creas el éxito, YO NO. Y si fracasas en este negocio, será porque TU CREAS el fracaso, YO NO. Tú serás la diferencia entre el éxito o el fracaso. Yo estoy aquí para guiarte paso a paso, pero no puedo hacerlo por ti. Estoy aquí para viajar contigo, pero no soy tú.”

“Mi trabajo es ayudarte a que seas independiente de mi lo más rápido que sea posible. ¿Estás de acuerdo en que esa es una buena meta?”

“Habrá altas y bajas mientras construyes tu negocio. Habrá momentos buenos y malos, sabré que estás en un momento malo cuando no me estás llamando, cuando no asistes a las juntas, cuando no recibes llamadas, cuando comienzo  a escuchar excusas. Cuando eso pase, y le pasa a todos ¿Cómo quieres que yo me encargue de ello? ¿Quieres que te deje solo o que sea más persistente?”

Estos diálogos los obtuve de un libro llamado GoPro. Puedes revisar este artículo, aquí te comparto más libros que te recomiendo que leas, ahí mismo encontrarás los enlaces de descarga de cada libro.

Ahora, quizás solamente puedas explicar cómo van a funcionar las cosas. Es algo así como poner las reglas y las condiciones. Él va a recibir tu ayuda siempre y cuando haga ciertas cosas en el momento en que quede en hacerlas. Si quedó en hacer la lista de prospectos entonces le ayudas a hacer las llamadas. Si no hizo la lista simplemente te apartas y buscas a alguien de verdad comprometido. El aclarar este punto DESDE UN PRINCIPIO hará que él mismo se responsabilice de su propio negocio y no te culpe si llega a fracasar.

La lista puede contener las siguientes cosas:

  1. Asegurarse de que el nuevo distribuidor cuente con los productos necesarios en la cantidad necesaria. Si se va a hacer un negocio serio hay que tener los productos listos.
  2. Que cuente con DVD´s, CD´s, direcciones web. Todo lo necesario para las presentaciones e invitaciones.
  3. Explicarle la importancia de conectarse al plan educativo y mostrarle las páginas web, las fechas de los seminarios, eventos, lugares de entrenamiento.
  4. Asegurarse de que el nuevo socio entienda los por menores del plan de compensación y la forma cómo va a fluir el dinero en el negocio.
  5. Asegurarse de que se tenga un entendimiento acerca del sistema para prospectar. Así se evitará que salga corriendo a hablar del negocio a cualquiera que se le atraviese en el camino.

Aquí hay que mostrar un plan para que tomen acción masiva lo antes posible. Hay que recordar que cuando alguien empieza a tener resultados se motiva para seguir adelante.

Se puede poner por ejemplo, la primera semana…

¿Cómo pueden obtener su primer cliente?

¿Cómo pueden obtener su primer distribuidor?

¿Qué pasos pueden dar para recibir su primer cheque de comisión?

El establecer una serie de tareas simples y específicas siempre ayuda al nuevo distribuidor a entrar en acción.

“¿Qué es eso que puede hacer cualquiera para dar los primeros pasos?”

Normalmente los nuevos reaccionan bien cuando se les asignan algunas tareas y se les da un plazo límite para realizarlas. Lo importante aquí es ir de tarea en tarea, es como dar un paso tras otro. Así cuando se vea su recorrido verá que ha avanzado y ha obtenido resultados.

    

Básicamente, en la entrevista es todo lo que hay que incluir. Recuerda que el propósito es hacer que el nuevo distribuidor sea independiente de ti lo antes posible.

IS NETWORK MARKETING OKAY?

I was reading a lot of articles in the internet recently involving “network marketing companies” who are tagged as “scams or pyramiding schemes” especially with the surge of people victimized losing millions of pesos due to these fraudulent companies.

There were people protecting the industry (obviously, they are members).

And there were also a lot of bashing and hateful comments from people who joined an MLM (multi-level marketing) company but didn’t earn money. Some were also making rude remarks which made the “inner marketer” in me sad.

MY STORY

I am also a member of a network marketing company. As a young professional, I was also looking for an opportunity where I can earn extra before. Although I am not an active member now, I learned a lot from them.

Actually, a very good chunk of my ATTITUDE was molded through the various and numerous trainings the company gave us. And for that, I’ll always be grateful although I didn’t earn a lot and didn’t make a big network.

WHAT THE COMPANY TAUGHT ME

Through the company, I learned how to think positively. It taught me humility. It made me look at rejections in a different way.

I was able to do things I wouldn’t think I was capable of doing like talking to complete strangers, doing presentations and training people.

Through the company, I learned really a lot that I am now using in my work and other endeavors. 

WHY I LEFT

However, as I soon discovered, it takes not just skills but PASSION (plus your CORE GIFT that you can MONETIZE) into what you are doing in order to become successful. I have also learned that in order to dominate, you must LOVE what you do. And more importantly, you must LOVE your market.

What makes network marketing or networking undesirable or objectionable for some is the unscrupulous and dishonest practice of some members.

Yes, there are scams and pyramid schemes. BUT there are also outstanding companies out there. You just have to find them.

EVEN BUSINESS TYCOONS RECOMMEND NETWORK MARKETING

In the book written by business tycoons Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump in 2009, “Why We Want You To Be Rich”, they both recommend the network marketing industry for people who want to get started into business but don’t have the proper training and education. 

If these two men have positive things to say about networking, would you try it out?

SO, IS NETWORK MARKETING OKAY?

I would say YES. Especially if you want to improve your skills in selling and building a network. If you are a naturally shy and introvert person like me, the skills that you will learn will be worth more than what you will pay them for joining.

But I also strongly suggest to look for very good companies who teach good business ethics and provide fantastic trainings. I am proud to say that the company I belong to have all those requirements. 

Plus, the integrity of the owners, the quality of their products and their business systems and marketing plan – including their office – are all first class.

If you can find one like that, I suggest you join right away.

MLM – Network Marketing – 2014-09-14 Update #

“Why would I buy from you when I can just get something similar at the store?”
I’ve been talking to people this week about what I do. Some people won’t even talk to me because they don’t understand what network marketing is. They think it’s a scary scam. And then I get this question often,
“Why should I buy it from you when I can get something similar at the store?” and that is a great question!
First let me ask a skeptic this, “If a friend were opening a restaurant, would you be excited to try it out?” and the answer is usually a resounding YES. We are excited when friends embark on a new business endeavor and want to help out. Except when it’s network marketing – then somehow our support of friends jumps out the window. It’s a huge misunderstanding and completely unfortunate really.
But why should you buy your products from me? Or a friend? Or your mom? Or sister? Why not just get your protein powder from GNC? Or your beauty cream from Walgreens? Or your makeup from Sephora?
The answer to this is two fold:
The benefits to YOU: By purchasing a product from a network marketer, whether as a client or signing on to reap the discount rewards, you are buying yourself a better product hands down. The would-be advertising dollars that would have been spent on traditional advertising are instead spent on product development. Usually, the product goes straight from the manufacturer via mail to your doorstep and is most often a fresh product that hasn’t been sitting on store shelves for months (or years if you count warehouse storage!). If you have signed on as a client or a rep and are receiving a discounted price on the product, chances are you are paying roughly the same for the superior product than you would have at a traditional store.
The benefits to your FRIEND/NEIGHBOR: The person who shared this product with you will receive a commission based on that recommendation. Isn’t that nice? Instead of spending the $30 at a retail store and helping nobody you know, you’ve now spent that same money and are helping someone’s business that you do know. And even better, if you also help spread the word about a product you love, YOU will also now receive a commission (if you’ve signed up as a consultant/representative or whatever title the company may have)
With this cycle do you understand the power that this holds? How if we just shift our spending to a different system (it’s still the same spending amount) we can help to change where our money goes? I hope for any skeptics or anyone on the fence about network marketing this clears it up just a tad about what the benefits are and how it will change the world.

Succeeding When Behaving as Someone You are Not

Here is a sobering but true fact: “succeeding” in a way that has you behaving as someone you are not makes even the biggest win a double edged sword. You may get the prize but you don’t feel good about the person you have become in the process. This type of a win brings about short term happiness and long-term problems: uneasiness, anxiety, doubt and regret. This situation can leave you feeling like you need to start over.

Aim for something that is worthy of your time and effort. Do it in a way that represents who you are and protects your self definition. Keep yourself uncompromised and authentic Through the process. If you keep true to yourself, it will matter less how long the process takes and it will be more meaningful that you succeed on your terms.

What I have written about in the past few posts is based on a single word: decision. This is the point at which you cut off all other possibilities and begin a change in your results. When you truly make a decision,  you determine when something happens, as it has no opportunity to be created by you before you make this choice.

Personal development is our business and our life.

MLM business success tips – Finally make your MLM business succesful

These MLM success tips are what network marketing leaders do.

MLM business success tipsHowever many people struggle to become successful as a network marketer, the leaders tell it’s easy, and everyone can do it. What tips can they give? What can be done to make your business a success?

Be organized. Or at least, pretend to be. If you see a business leader, they seem calm and under control. It can be that it’s only a surface, because they’ve a lot around their head. Don’t show it, nobody is interested in a new opportunity offering chaos.

Get known the corporate people. However you’re independent, it’s very important to know them. Not only to get things done, also to know to whom you’ve to introduce your people. Let them feel how important you are, as leader, and be sure they’re part of the organisation at both sides.

Arrive early at every event. Maybe not the easiest thing for a lot of people. But if you’re there before everyone, you can have the best places. Maybe you can reserve some places for your team members. This is however one of the best MLM business success tips, because, you get the opportunity to talk to many of your colleagues before the meeting. You can feel how their business is doing, and you know immediately to whom you can introduce your new people.

Establish a clear personal vision. What are you going to tell your team if you don’t have that vision? Don’t wait for other leaders, or the company to give you a vision, that you can copy. It’s not personal, and you won’t be seen a leader.

Recognize everyone for their business growth. It doesn’t matter what they do. The one does a lot of volume, the other only some. Recognize them for the volume they did. Recognition is very important, so look for every little thing.

Even acknowledge other leaders. You don’t know everything, even if you’re the best leader in the room. Oh yes, and a leader knows that. So tell to anyone what another leader has accomplished, so they get known them and can go to ask questions, and learn from them. Maybe they give other MLM business success tips, so your team and business goes to the next level.

Don’t show your fear. I know, everyone is afraid for something, that’s human. However, don’t show it to your team. If you need to, handle it with someone else, outside your team. Someone of the corporate company or your upline can be an idea.

Focus on the growth of your people. It’s not by focusing on the money that you get a better income. It’s by helping others, giving service, and their growth that your check will increase.

Learn and teach new technologies. This is a fast world, with new tools almost every day. It’s to learn them to know. If your results are good, you can teach them to your team. But be sure they only implement it if they personally feel it’s giving a possibility for their business.

Work together with other successful groups. Network marketing is more fun when you can work together. Why not cooperate with other teams? Success will expand exponentially when you exchange knowledge.

Be reachable. Answer the phone, reply on text or e-mail. Your people expect that you’re ready for them, that you answer their questions.

Be business dressed. It’s a business, and you have to dress like it. Yes, you can wear jeans and a t-shirt if you want, but be sure to have an impeccable appearance.

Organize training sessions. People need training. To learn things, but also to be part of the community. So organize things, so your team gets the opportunity to become part of it.

And after all, become a leader before you are one. You can’t start by saying: “I’ll build a large team as soon as I’m successful”. Everybody has to start with that first team member. I’m sure you’re that leader! Start building today.
